| The State of Maryland is playing politics and has decided that Blue Catfish is invasive, and won't be recognized as an approved species. On August 13th, They (DNR) dis-qualified this recent RECORD catch based on the fact that they believe BLUES are Illegal Immigrants. SCC feels this is wrong for Maryland to change the rules while playing the game and we still will recognize Jayson here as the un-official record holder in this spot! Jayson is still the man in our book, We appreciate a beautiful blue cat! You can view what Maryland still wants to call the record below in our previous records area. |
