Hi; I'm Wayne
I'm the Owner and CEO of Santee Cooper Cats.

I'm a professional truck driver and small business owner. I have driven professionally since 1984,
beginning as an OTR driver with D.M.Bowman Inc from 1983-1989. I spent 11 years (1989-2000) as a
local driver with Winn Dixie Stores-Charlotte Distribution taking an early-retirement from there in July
2000.. Currently, I'm self employed in a business named Rusty Bucks Ranch LLC. I am also under
contract, working weekends at Duracell in Lancaster, SC and/or Abatibi-Bowater Paper Mill in Catawba,
SC as a switcher.

I live in the Waxhaw, NC area but also have a get-away home (RV) at Mill Creek Marina on
Santee Coopers' Lake Marion.

My interests include catfishing on Santee Cooper with my wife & family, restoring
antique trucks, John Deere tractors, motorcycles, equipment, and auto-restorations. Anything of vintage
basically. I'm also dabble in computers and web design, electronics, & carpentry,
among a host of other things.

I'm a licensed Amateur Radio Operator. My call is W4SCC.

I'm a 1979 graduate of York Co. Vocational-Technical School- York, PA in the field of Auto, Diesel engine,
& Heavy equipment Mechanics. I'm also a Certified Tax-practioner, although i don't perform that task
professionally.

I've been married to Kim (pic at left) since July 3, 1988.
We have a total of 4 children and 9 Grandchildren. I don't even know how we've amassed such an
extended family before our 45th birthday's but we have the gray hairs to prove it!

Hi; I'm Jim
Jim

I am a Santee Cooper Guide. My service is listed under the name
"Fishfinders Guide Service". I began my Guide Service for the enjoyment of watching others catch
good fish as well as supplemental income.
.
I retired from the Air Force in 1986 and, for the last 14 years has worked with the South Carolina DNR
Fisheries. I enjoy helping people manage their farm ponds, and collecting fish specimens through
various techniques to help manage the Santee Cooper fishery.
I enjoy talking with the public about the work we do.

My passions are fishing and deer hunting and I am an avid bow-hunter.

Jeff

I am an Assistant Manager at SCC and ReelCatfish.
I have worked in engineering the last 10 years as a designer. I previously worked in land surveying.
I'm originally from Asheville, NC but currently living in Greensboro, NC area.

I enjoy fishing the Santee Cooper Lakes as well as several lakes here in North Carolina.

Luckily, I have a wife that enjoys fishing as much as I do, especially since she
caught a 20 pound catfish on her very first trip to Santee.
My other hobbies include deer hunting, riding 4-wheelers, and computers.
